Welcome to the family and my professional design process.
You benefit from my 25+ years in the design and printing industry. I ensure that you receive a personalized layout, typography, and color experience for every piece of your wedding suite. Expertly typeset and visually balanced, you can focus on your wedding while I handle the technical artistry.
HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS
When you’re ready to purchase, click / tap the Customize This button. You’ll be directed to my Etsy shop to complete checkout, where your order is protected by Etsy’s secure payment system and buyer protection policies.
• Place your order.
• Check your Etsy Messages. I will send a welcome note with a link to our Wedding Suite Onboarding Form.
• Complete the form. This gathers all your wording and QR details in one organized place.
• Confirmation. I will summarize your details in Etsy Messages to ensure 100% accuracy before the design begins.
• If necessary I will ask any clarifying questions and begin your design.
• Once the design details are confirmed by you in Etsy Messages, you can expect your first proofs within 3–4 business days.
• Up to 3 rounds of edits are included. A round is considered one consolidated list of changes to the existing design only.
• Final files are delivered after approval. No additional changes once files are released.
• Digital files only. No physical items are shipped.
• Printing – We do not offer printing at this time. We strongly advise having a physical sample printed by your chosen printer prior to your production run.
• For best results, this suite is designed for professional printing. Home printers and big box services often cannot reproduce the color accuracy, paper quality, and precise sizing required for wedding stationery.
SIZES PROVIDED
This listing is for the following stationery pieces and sizes:
• Invitation – 5×7, fits an A7 envelope
• Save the Date – 5×7, fits an A7 envelope
• RSVP – 4×6, fits an A6 envelope
PROOFS
• You receive a PDF watermarked proof for your review and approval within 3 – 4 business days (excluding weekends) – share with family and friends, get feedback!
• After each round of edits (3 rounds max) you receive a revised set of PDF proofs for your review and feedback.
• Your final approved proofs are for your eyes only (NOT the printer’s) and are watermarked lightly. This prevents the wrong files from getting into the printer’s production flow.
PERSONALIZATION
All personalization is taken directly from our easy to fill out Wedding Suite Onboarding Form.
• RSVP may be replied to 3 ways: traditional mail, link to wedding site, optional QR code.
• Save the Date – Link to wedding registry / site optional QR code.

• A zip file for your professional printer with precise detailed instructions, specific ICC color profiles for their printing press, and the print ready PDF files of your wedding suite. Includes detailed printer-ready files and professional guidance to ensure accurate sizing and color output.
