The No-Crop Guarantee, Exact Bleed Margins and More
Without industry standard bleed margins, beautiful watercolor florals or other graphics will be clipped or cut off by the printer’s trimming blade. We build a precise, standard 0.125″ (1/8″) bleed into every edge of your files. This gives the print house the exact structural room they need to trim your invitations and signage to perfect dimensions without touching a single drop of your artwork.
Precision Layout Engineering:
We utilize strict guides, columns, precise letter spacing, and micro x/y coordinates to create clean, mathematically perfect columns.
Embedded ICC Color Profiles:
A design that looks vibrant on a computer screen can easily turn dull, muddy, or inaccurate when printed.
To guarantee absolute color integrity, we provide dedicated sub-folders containing embedded ICC (International Color Consortium) color management profiles.
An ICC profile is a digital file that acts as a color translator. Your package includes a specific RGB profile tailored for digital presses, and a separate CMYK profile engineered for traditional offset workflows.
Zero-Scale High-Resolution Files:
We output all deliverables using strict PDF/X-4 industry standards at a razor-sharp 300 DPI.
This includes the explicit instructions directing the print service provider to output at exactly 100% size with zero “scaling to fit.”

Direct Production Notes for Signage:
For large-format venue signage, your preflight package contains suggested mounting options such as foam core. Your printer receives exact dimensions – 24.25″ x 36.25″ ensuring a clean 24″ x 36″ final trim, leaving zero room for execution errors.
