We don’t hide behind a computer screen sending endless, cold email mockups. We invite you into our private Bergen County studio for a fully interactive, collaborative design session by appointment.
During your private consultation, you gain exclusive access to our private library of over 300 licensed watercolor florals and expertly curated typography palettes. Together, we find the exact visual elements that resonate with your event’s story.

You sit with Maureen as she custom-blends your chosen florals, balances the spacing grids, and engineers your layout right in front of your eyes. You watch your custom vision take shape in real-time.
The Immediate Proof
No waiting weeks to see how colors translate to paper. Before you leave your studio chair, we print a preliminary physical print proof right in front of your eyes. You can experience the layout, verify the color vibrancy, and approve the design instantly.

Once approved, we handle the complex technical logistics. Your finalized designs are prepared as a high-resolution, press-ready preflight package with exact bleed lines and embedded color management, ready to hand off seamlessly to your professional print vendor.

With over 25 years of experience in the design and printing industry, we understand that large-scale signage requires rigorous structural math to ensure it is legible from at least three feet away. We do not use generic automated tools. Every seating chart is built from scratch using professional typesetting software to guarantee absolute clarity:
- Precision Layout Engineering: We utilize strict guides, columns, precise letter spacing, and micro x/y coordinates to create clean, mathematically perfect columns.
- Long-Name Handling: We dynamically manage varying name lengths so the visual display remains perfectly balanced without awkward line breaks.
- Elite Visibility Standards: We strictly limit a single 24×36 or 36×24 canvas to a maximum of 120–125 guests. If your guest list exceeds this, we seamlessly engineer a coordinated second chart. Your guests will never have to strain their eyes to find their table.
- Coordinated Branding: We use your chosen font style and licensed watercolor florals—such as our matching Burgundy Holly collection—seamlessly across your suite for a unified wedding aesthetic.
Our Streamlined Timeline & Process
We align our workflow perfectly with your venue and catering deadlines to give you complete relief from errors and mistakes during the hectic final weeks of planning.
- When to Order (4 to 6 Weeks Prior): Begin preparing your seating chart once you have roughly 90% of your RSVPs accounted for. Our easy onboarding form and guest list template make this step a breeze.
- The Final Polish (2 Weeks Prior): Our final adjustment window for printing changes is two weeks before your wedding day. This accommodates RSVP fluctuations, catering headcounts, and final guest reshuffling, allowing for up to 3 complete rounds of edits if necessary.
- The Printer Pre-Flight Package: You receive print-ready files—no editing or formatting required on your end. Your final zip file includes detailed professional technical information for your printer such as embedded sRGB and CMYK ICC color profiles for their digital or traditional press, clear directions on printing at 100%, no cropping, no reduced sizing.
- Our instructions to your printer include precise document measurements to accommodate bleed, margins and trim sizes.
