WHEN TO ORDER YOUR WEDDING SEATING CHART?
Start preparing for your seating chart 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding, once you have about 90% of your RSVPs accounted. Our final cutoff for printing changes (3 complete rounds of edits if necessary) is 2 weeks prior to your wedding, which perfectly aligns with when your venue and caterer need the final headcount.

HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS
When you’re ready to purchase, click / tap the Customize This button. You’ll be directed to my Etsy shop to complete checkout, where your order is protected by Etsy’s secure payment system and buyer protection policies.
STYLE OPTIONS
Choose one of three script styles at the time of ordering:
• Style One – Romantic Script
• Style Two – Modern Script
• Style Three – Flowing Script

• Check your Etsy Messages. I will send a welcome note with a link to our easy to use Wedding Seating Chart Onboarding Form.
• Complete the form based upon your RSVP attendance details and our questions.
• Confirmation. I will summarize your details in Etsy Messages to ensure 100% accuracy before the design begins.
• If necessary I will ask any clarifying questions and begin your design.
• Once the design details are confirmed by you in Etsy Messages, you can expect your first proofs within 3–4 business days.
• Up to 3 rounds of edits are included. A round is considered one consolidated list of changes to the existing seating chart design which includes guest count changes, name spelling reviews, table reshuffling, typography adjustments, export prep, printer coordination and proof review.
• Final files are delivered after approval. No additional changes once files are released.
• Digital files only. No physical items are shipped.
• Printing – We do not offer printing at this time. We strongly advise having a physical sample printed by your chosen printer prior to your production run.
• For best results, this wedding seating chart is designed for professional printing as it is large format event signage.
SIZES PROVIDED
This listing is for the following seating chart size:
24” x 36” or 36” x 24” accommodating 120 – 125 guests – layout and orientation is dependent upon name lengths, seating arrangement preferences, and other factors which will be discussed with you.
PROOFS
• You receive a PDF watermarked proof for your review and approval within 3 – 4 business days (excluding weekends) – I strongly encourage you and your fiancé to proofread names, spelling and correct table assignments.
• After each round of edits (3 rounds max) you receive a revised set of PDF proofs for your review and feedback.
• Your final approved proofs are for your eyes only (NOT the printer’s) and are watermarked lightly. This prevents the wrong files from getting into the printer’s production flow.
PERSONALIZATION
All personalization is taken directly from our easy to fill out Wedding Seating Chart Onboarding Form.

• Client instruction sheet
• A pre-flight zip file for your professional printer with precise detailed instructions, specific ICC color profiles for their printing press, and the print ready PDF files of your wedding seating chart.
